Scott Wooldridge solo album is out! Tour coming up

Just a quick update to let you know the Scott Wooldridge solo album is officially released; you can now find it on CDBaby, iTunes, etc. It's also available on my site,
The other big news is that the tour is all set up. We'll be playing at Cafe Carpe in Ft. Atkinson onFeb. 26, Shank Hall in Milwaukee on Feb. 27, and Ned's Corner Pub in Kokomo, Ind. on Feb. 28. My goal was to play three of the cities where we had a lot of support for the KS campaign. Minneapolis is another one of those cities of course, and we're working on a CD release show there as well.
For the tour though, I would encourage anyone from Madison or the western suburbs of Milwaukee to consider coming to the Cafe Carpe show (Feb. 26). It's a really nice venue that will give us the luxury of playing two long sets--we'll be able to really showcase the album plus a lot of other tunes, including some cool covers. Come for dinner, stay for the show!
Shank Hall needs no introduction to anyone from the Milwaukee area. I'm very pleased to play there again, and looking forward to our opening acts: Milwaukee singer-songwriter Myles Coyne, and Chicago-based duo Steve Dawson and Diane Christiansen (aka Dolly Varden). I can guarantee at least one cameo from a Milwaukee musician during the show as well! (Feb. 27)
The Kokomo show is at Ned's Corner Pub, long known for its support of local music. The Crooked Anglers are opening up, a group that includes Steve Gaskins and Tom Young, both Western High School graduates, like me. It should be a really fun show. (Feb. 28)

Hope you can make one (or all!) of the shows--this is another big step for this project and I'd love to meet some of our backers in person and see old friends! Come and hear the tunes live!

Thanks, SW

  1. I've been to events at other places, but this was my first time in here. Great place. Food was good and seating was very comfortable. Also, very good view from where I sat. This is such a cool venue for NY events and the atmosphere was equally amazing.
